Refund policy

All sales are final. Because this is a premium, small-batch medical reference printed in limited quantities, we cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse, preference, or accidental orders. If your book arrives damaged in transit, misprinted, misbound, or materially defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and packaging, and we will replace it at no cost. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund.
